You are not a shareholder of record for GTHI, end of story, it is a private entity and therefore only owners can own shares of GTHI. It has been stated that GTHI is not owned by GTGP thus why they were not required to file an 8K of such a material event.
No dividend has been approved by FINRA for GTGP shareholders. And under no circumstance can a private company just issue shares to public parties of the public entity.
