Well such a cool imaginative idea, but unfortunately one flaw, they cannot give GTGP shareholders anything if this is the scenerio you believe. See that would be a dividend and well we already know they never applied for a dividend here as there is no records of such with OTC and FINRA. So now you may think the IPO can give GTGP shareholder GTHI shares... lol.. nope sorry, this is clearly illegal under SEC Rule 701 as GTGP shareholders are not employees or insiders of the private company. The shareholders of GTGP do not qualify for the exemption offered under SEC rule 701.

The only way GTGP shareholders are getting IPO shares of GTHI is buying them in the public market.
