LG, you know giving the amount of share they did, if this does move to 10 these directors make millions right on the bat. Why not give them millions of shares, the shares are below a dollar?

They gave them shares for one or two things, no money to pay salaries or shares to pay for bonuses for bringing the deal together. After an announcement of a deal it would be hard to justify giving common shares.
