PB..regrettably, imo we will not find out "soon enough" concerning the resort. though swank's ploy pr stated details most likely would be worked out last week (so imo he could gain max potential to pump share sale), he convienently covered his arse by adding that deal could take much longer and it should not be hurried, but done right so he could drag this news on and milk for all it is worth. typical swank pr MO. sounds very familar to the racetrack escapade that finally resulted in an ultimatum that appears to have never been issued. any news on the kiosk business that had advanced sales and was news worthy at least (6) months ago? swank needs to go and think we should pool our resources and replace mgmt. cgaq cap value much less than a million. ....and sale proceeds are going to purchase a 13 mil condo resort?...yeah, ok...
