I'm back Militaryman1, Sorry for the abrupt sign off. Everything worked out fine I think. I'll know better tomorrow.

I think you know why we won't get a progress report! Based on my take from what we have been told regarding the DEEDS - that is all completed and the seller has agreed to the delays. The only thing delaying the sale of Sosua Bay is getting the two parties together and signing the papers and transferring the funds.

As we have been told much of the initial funds being paid for Sosua will be used to purchase the Resort. I guess it takes a great effort on the part of all parties (buyers, sellers and don't forget lawyers) together at the same time being that they are mostly from different countries. I would assume that the problem is directly or indirectly on the shoulders of the lawyers. You know they must give the appearance that they are doing us a favor by finding the time to assist us in finalizing our business.

I'm still in there with both feet and plan to be there until either the sky falls or the heavens open up.

But, I made that decision immediately after the online system failed and I realized it wasn't CGAQ's fault. Problem is we never recovered from that failure and panic management took over resulting in one failure after another. I think we might have hit a home run this time though. Either that or it's the bottom of the ninth, two outs, 3 and 2 on the batter and he just hit a long fly ball to straight away center. Is it or isn't it? We'll know soon.

Enjoy, stay well and keep in touch. PB
