Despite the translation, do I understand correctly that the posted excerpt means sufficient cause was presented and accepted for the proceedings to take place which contest Barrick's ownership? And, that it is from this point going forward that subsequent court proceedings in Chile will be to resolve ownership? If Barrick is "on the ropes" as it says, and if JL has in his possesion recognized, documented legal title, would it not be a slam dunk then and a quick bit of the court's business for them to acknowledge that? Makes me wonder about how what Barrick has invested to date will be treated.
