Yes, please do not overlook the importance of your vote regardless of the number of shares you may own. There are powerful stuck forces that will seek to put a tremendous amount of pressure on the CEO and BCAP to raise the AS and hence the share structure to allow these guys shared to get out. These same forces may hold positions in BCAP and will vote No on what is a no brainer amendment to everyone else. This is a vote amongst common shareholders. Your vote really counts. Please vote and make sure to encourage others to vote if they have not already done so. This two year freeze can not be overturned once ratified by common holders. This is a gift and a promise from the CEO that protects your investment. This can't be stressed enough.
