Public Service Announcement on freeze in share structure:

If anyone reading this was a shareholder on 08/23/2012 and hasn't voted in favor of the amendment to freeze the share structure yet, please phone your broker and obtain the voting control number from them. You might need to reference the 09/19/2012 PR ( http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=54233766 ). Once you have the voting control number go to www.proxyvote.com and vote in favor of the amendment.

I'm sure the announcement will come any day, but make sure your vote counts. Very few pinks ever offer the Common shares a chance to have a say in anything to do with the company, $BCAP is one that is.
