Something weird about the document in the first link. The third paragraph names the company Quest. Now I know for a fact that BCSC halted Quest Water not long ago, but it seems kind of amateurish they would make that kind of error in an official document.

Item 3 (typo) should be corrected on Tuesday. Tomorrow's a Canadian holiday (Thanksgiving).
