Something weird about the document in the first link. The third paragraph names the company Quest. Now I know for a fact that BCSC halted Quest Water not long ago, but it seems kind of amateurish they would make that kind of error in an official document.

Do I really have to tell you these are my opinions and that you should do your own DD? You're not gonna' listen anyway ...
