There is no connection between BCAP and MMG. You can check otcmarkets.com to see MMG are not the IR / promoter / whatever. Not only that there has never been a connection between BCAP and MMG. Ever.

Please email the CEO and verify that for yourself.

there sure does look to be a solid connection between BCAP and the criminals at MMG / MiroZecevic. Why is this company involved with known criminals?

The only criminals involved with BCAP is (1) the convicted con man Joe Elkind who started the smear campaign after he got crushed in court over RIG* and of course (2) the biggest criminal MM on the otcmarkets Knight Capital Group (MM NITE) who has out done themselves and created a large short position basically because they see Baron as a threat to their very existence !

BCAP CEO and company is clean as a whistle. FINRA approved symbol and name change. SEC approved the company's transfer agent authorization and will soon approve the S-1 and uplist to OTCBB!

BCAP is the real deal. Everything else is just noise and a failed smear campaign!

This makes perfect sense because Dwyer is well known for his box job share selling scams. He not only scams shareholders but he scams banks. Bank of America sued him too.
