The only criminals involved with BCAP is (1) the convicted con man Joe Elkind who started the smear campaign after he got crushed in court over RIG* and of course (2) the biggest criminal MM on the otcmarkets Knight Capital Group (MM NITE) who has out done themselves and created a large short position basically because they see Baron as a threat to their very existence !

BCAP CEO and company is clean as a whistle. FINRA approved symbol and name change. SEC approved the company's transfer agent authorization and will soon approve the S-1 and uplist to OTCBB!

BCAP is the real deal. Everything else is just noise and a failed smear campaign!
