The company themselves told shareholders that they were in excellent financial position. So, they are either liars or just don't care about shareholders. I would guess that they are both. Even though you don't lose value in a R/S unless they dilute further, it is a kiss of death. No large investors will touch them, so the PPS will immediately start to drop after the R/S to the point where they will have to further dilute. This management are liars and crooks, you don't do me dirty and expect me to just lay there and take it. From now on anyone who wants to know about this stock, will see that they are a POS.
