I know a R/S is not something that is normally good, but it doesn't change the value of the stock and at 0.6 I believe there is value here.

Now if they keep diluting after a R/S that is a different story, but with shipping rates increasing and steady world wide stimulus there is a much better investment here that most other penny stocks.
