One would think that if and when JL beats Barrick Chile up in Chilean Courts I would think that MSX as a JV of 50% of Pascua Chile would then employ a PR Firm as they know tons of people and they are also trusted by those people, that will most certainly get the word out there to the public and make barrick insiders pay dearly for their fraud ponzi scheme

I made a post yesterday that was removed within minutes as it was dipicted off topic, well there was nothing off topic about it but rather a very well thought out post that barrick supporters complained about because they are AFFRAID of the truth!!!

I am thinking something along the same timeline Tibby but you never know really how many court cases are going on down in Chile JL v Barrick Chile and how long Barrick Chile can drag them out and countersue JL to keep this under the carpet hoping that perhaps with a change of Government or something to that degree would overturn decisions favourable to Barrick but I would hope the Chilean Systems are set up better the Canadian Systems to not allow this to happen

Please somebody let us know why the price to open Pascua has risen to $8B + from Barrick's news, perhaps a buyout perhaps money to other Government officials to rule in their favour? Why so high? $900M years ago and now $8B Whatever Barrick
