I can still remember people I knew "not the swiftess of folks" getting into BreX stock after the fraud question had been raised. Their thinking was that it had been been planned that way to get the stock value down and therefore cause an oppotunity for insiders to purchase cheap stock. Well we all know how that turned out.

This one has the fraud on the other foot and I'ma betting the results will be the reverse of the BreX fiasco.
How the market will accept any news is the big questions but my thoughts are that this will be a long drawn out affair where the Barrick investors will bring much action against Barrick if this gets out which of course it will. My projection is late October early November 2012.
As someone on this board once said if you steel from one, you will have someone steel from you at some point. The point has come!
