"We all know WDRP was only listed in there as the victim"

If you "know" that, then you "know" wrong.

Throughout the case it has been clear that Wanderport is a co-respondent in the AMF case. That's one of the reasons WDRP is subject to a "cease trade order" in Canada.

The WDRP corporation is itself under investigation for perpetrating a fraud on the Québecois investing public, as are several of the people behind the WDRP scam.

In the coming weeks this will become horribly clear to those who refuse to acknowledge the facts.

Good post. Refreshing to hear some common sense and a "voice of reason" on this board now and then.

That IS a couple of big "if"s - so glad you capitalized them.

We all know WDRP was only listed in there as the victim, not the perpetrator so it's not like anything will happen to them.

I think I am part of all, and I do not know that.
What is Wanderport other than some paperwork and Richard? I mean in the terms of the law of corporations. Andrew, who runs everything, "is just a contractor", and Robert granted the license and is an advisor (more recently apparently a director).
In the timeframe of the allegations, Somerville was in Richard's place and there was one director, J. F. Amyot. Now we have seen that Andrew and Amyot have "business" relations. So, if you count Andrew as a part of Wanderport, more than just the proclaimed IR contractor, that is two out of three people that "were" Wanderport during that timeframe that are explicitly named in the AMF allegations
So what is Wanderport?
The history of its actions must be part of that.
The AMF does indicate Wanderport, not just Andrew et al are under investigation. To say Wanderport is just an innocent victim is ignoring what the legal work has been saying, very selective reading.
So yes, you are right in keying in on the importance of whether there is a product. (I just listened to myself, busted a gut - this is the only, the only, company I have tracked and even owned a position where I have ever had to ask the question, in all seriousness, whether they had any product (or service), had to ask the question whether the company was nothing other than PRs and an issuance)

IMO it will come down to . . . What can the Canadian legal system do to an American company, or what can Richard and Robert accomplish without Andrew.

IMO Beers summed it up

If one forgets about all the past PR's with promises and carrot dangling, forgets about the AMF crap, forgets about what was said in the CC or at the meet and greet and just focuses on the FB posts, why hasn't information been put out yet?

What is the reason for the delays now after they stated it was done?
After they stated the wait is over?

What could possible take literally weeks to get a green light after all this?

Using common sense(which doesn't appear to be very common in this country), something is seriously wrong.
