It's great that the case can move forward so this whole AMF thing is put to rest. If anyone did anything wrong they will be punished and we can focus on the actual product. We all know WDRP was only listed in there as the victim, not the perpetrator so it's not like anything will happen to them. Worst case scenario something (and my guess is nothing too huge) will happen to Andrew, who is just a contractor. So the sooner this reaches a conclusion the better.

IF there is a product, a genuine, competitive product then it is very very unlikely the company did anything hugely wrong, since they knew they would make good money without funny business. So the AMF won't hurt it in any major way, maybe something small on Andrew, maybe nothing. IF there is no product then it doesn't matter how bad the AMF destroys them because we weren't getting our money back anyway. So whichever way you turn it it all still comes back to whether they have a product or not. The AMF is just a side distraction.
