FWIW this is a "Cap and Load" exercise. Simply put: Level II shows the "bid", what people are willing to pay, and the "ask", what people that own shares are willing to sell them for. When a person, or in this case, a group of people have enough money and/ or shares they can run it up and push it down by leveraging psychological triggering.
What we have been seeing is shares being listed at the ask making it to heavy for retail trading to buy through (without a concerted effort). Then traders with Level II see the large "ask" and sell into the bid before their shares lose value. This is verified by the same culprits showing up at each level down (but never really selling), Market Makers: ATDF, NITE and ETRF. And now VERT, being late to the party, just entered on the ask and IMO he's the only one that might be dilution.

So where is the light at the end of this dark tunnel?
Cap and load is to accumulate shares at a lower share price for the purpose of taking it to a higher share price. We have had 2 volume spikes on the daily chart as "attention getters".
The tables will turn when buying pressure increases. Signs to look for: The immediate ask will thin out, negative comments will disappear into the woodwork, those posting negs will start posting positives, and missing posters will return.
When we see that, along with the SP increase, then we will retry previous resistance levels and should easily make it through.
BLVT is already buzzing today through the IHUB grapevine as everybody likes a bargain price.
Now as I write this, Bid support is increasing and the "ask" is thinner by 2.2 million (from 11mil to 9 mil, approx).
Notice that it is the same guys loading as it is listed on the ask.
Hmmm, interesting coincidence.
BTW The "5000" is just a boiler plate and millions are actually being bought (stealthily)
