Thanks TripCrown. What do you think of the warrants?

Yeah been watching the 5k boiler plate, as you put it.

What do you think about the warrants the company offered?
They look yummy, don't they?

Amended 14c:
"In May 2012, the Company issued ten year warrants to purchase 170,000,000 shares of its common stock with an exercise price of $.01 per share."

Think that either this stock is set to fly in the short-term, so that warrant holders can cash out. Seems like $0.01 would be low to cash out at. Yet, $0.15 to $0.35 would be nice if I was a warrant holder.

Or... this stock and company will reverse split by let's say 100 or 1000, and then these $0.01 warrants are a mega great investment.
By 5 or 50 to 1 based on current price of let's say $.0.0005.
And if price even lower, even better return.
