Do you know if anything has been sent to the SEC yet on PERL. The more I read the more I think a complaint and phone call should be made.

They prefer their case presented to them on a silver platter - but even then it somethimes takes a long time.Believe me - they don't have time to read all the messageboards nor any blog.
