SCAM PERL.pk is now claiming to be under_attack_by_TERRORISTS!

If you send an email to PERL.pk asking a legitimate question…..

Their response says they are “currently under attack by terrorists”

Question isn’t making that kind of false statement (FBI investigation, under attack, terrorists, etc) illegal?

…and if so... how to report something like this?
