budmgd, when 40 million shares trade at an all-time low of .0005 and it does not cause the share price to go up; it is because fresh shares are hitting the market. Nobody can sell shares of ECDC at .0005 and make any money unless they got them for free or at a discount to market.

ECDC's silence lately is deafening.
