I totally agree. There is no doubt the price is being held down due to shares being sold that are new to the market. I mean who would sell shares at this point at 4 or 5? Either shorts or debt owners. It is no secret to anyone that dilution is occurring. This is a necessary evil on almost all new companies in development stage. The key here is, that IMO, the selling to cover these debts appears to be slowing, and we at least know that this company has products, revenue, employees, and will use this capital to build their company. All IMHO of course. I have no doubt whatsoever that either due to fundamentals, or pure technical play, that the pps will will be much higher a month from now.
On another note, I am guessing you don't want to argue about the short sale volume for today?
