The problem here is that this poster(s) who appear(s) to "want to help us" is really just grinding his/their own personal axe(s). Trust me, court day would come and there would be no sign of him/them.

Will there be a court day? Someone needs to supply some compelling evidence that the revenue was bogus...and we need to locate the Costa Rican crew.

While it may seem fairly obvious that the revenue numbers were "mistated" (to be polite), keep in mind that only the SEC, Taylor, and the Costa Ricans know the truth. If the numbers WERE bogus, I'd lay dollars to donuts that there's some extremely well-crafted documentation to back up the story. WE NEED FACTS, not hyberbole. Our "new friend" talks tough, but he/she/it is not pointing us in the right direction. That path leads to distraction and dead ends.

Simon Shaw -- now we KNOW where he can be found. He was a director of IPXES (the alleged contracting division of Tela) during the time the revenue PRs were being released. And according to RKD, he'll even answer the telephone.

After watching this drama play out...

here is my assessment:

The identity of EVEN is irrelavent. Perhaps he is a lonely fella that just likes to take down scumbag companies. From what I can tell, he has been around for some time, and not just on PT companies, but many companies. Therefore, the Mark L. theory does not make sense to me, unless we can prove that every company that EVEN targets has a connection to Mark L. I think EVEN wants to keep his identity secret because he helps him attack scumbag companies without the personal counterattack.....which brings us to Maninfla...

Maninfla is speculated to be Frank D. from South Florida. He also has been around for some time. how do i know, well, he visits many companies, AND is grandfathered into this site (IHUB) which means he has been around since the beginning. (probably whey he gets angry when his posts are deleted by a newbie) Did Paul Taylor call Maninfla? perhaps, and if so, that is why keeping your identity secret is a good thing, so crazy scumbag company officers don't call you. New to the newbie...

Serfdom is a friend of mine through this interface. We got into Telatinos by chance back in January and ended up here. I feel that Serf got caught up in this crap without wanting to, or knowing where it will take him. I feel that he was used by Paul Taylor. I don't know what serf knows beyond what was said in this forum, but I think if he knew more, maybe he didn't say anything because he did not believe it or didn't want to be a PUMPER. I think the attacks on serf are uncalled for. I bet you that if ANYONE contacted him, he would tell you what you want to know, but being put into a corner on a messageboard is not appealing.

Material witnesses: yes, there are some on this board. And if called into court, anyone who talked to paul taylor, as well as anyone who had personal contact with Serf and chef are material witnesses, which includes me.

I wish i listened to EVEN and Maninfla way back when. I wish I sold my stock when i had a chance during the 33:1 split. I am glad I met all of you....this was an education!
