IPXES is the division of Telatinos that was identified in the PRs as being in receipt of the bulk of the revenue; and it was dissovled June 30 when the money was allegedly "transferred" to a "private corporation" (the springing option).
We need to get a copy of the ammendments and corporate actions for IPXES, and most likely a subpoena to obtain a copy of their books.
Do we have the determination to accomplish this, or is this all just idle banter?
If we DO, then I would suggest we switch to telephone and email contact. It would be very stupid to organize anything in a public forum.
Depositions should be very interesting. Reading contradictive passages by the powers to be here. All the while, blaming somebody else for millions lost by innocent investors. Someone on this board continues to remind those he talks to, how pursuing justice could be detrimental to their well being.
