The problem here is that this poster(s) who appear(s) to "want to help us" is really just grinding his/their own personal axe(s). Trust me, court day would come and there would be no sign of him/them.
Will there be a court day? Someone needs to supply some compelling evidence that the revenue was bogus...and we need to locate the Costa Rican crew.
While it may seem fairly obvious that the revenue numbers were "mistated" (to be polite), keep in mind that only the SEC, Taylor, and the Costa Ricans know the truth. If the numbers WERE bogus, I'd lay dollars to donuts that there's some extremely well-crafted documentation to back up the story. WE NEED FACTS, not hyberbole. Our "new friend" talks tough, but he/she/it is not pointing us in the right direction. That path leads to distraction and dead ends.
Simon Shaw -- now we KNOW where he can be found. He was a director of IPXES (the alleged contracting division of Tela) during the time the revenue PRs were being released. And according to RKD, he'll even answer the telephone.
