I'll say this again....IMO Barrick does not own it as there are many red flags that say they don't. That does not make JL owner by default. As a matter of fact he isn't the owner like he has been claiming forever here because MSX says so.

Also, what does MSX and us shareholders have to gain by what might be happening with JL and Barrick? All we/MSX would be interested in would be for JL to have clean title, right? Well, he claims he already has that....so what is MSX waiting for....why are they not raising money to get 50% of the claim? With a contract to own 50% of one of the largest gold mines in the world and proof of a clean title they would have no problem getting the financing they would need to own half the mine.....just another question not to ignore (as in another red flag).
