There is no inside info here, that would be illegal, Jorge is not apart of the company MSX, what he posts here is his belief, you do not have to believe it. I think he knows way more of what is going on then you.
Answer this question, Why has barrick not sued MSX for their PR's of late including a ceast and disist order? Think maybe barrick doesnt own what they are claiming and filing to own, they will go down if proven guilty of purgery at law along with libel.

I also wonder who will be in attendance in Chile tomorrow to witness the criminal procedings. How many from Barrick and how many from MSX? Perhaps none but I would think barrick for sure will have somebody in the courtroom taking very careful notes as the outcome of this courtcase will probably open a can of worms in North America for barrick should the subsiduary lose to Jorge in court at law
