I think the video's would have supported the venture. Maybe land in Cuba and take a boat within three miles off the coast of Miami and in territorial waters of the US. I think it would work as Cuba could benefit as well.

Interesting idea. However, my point is not the definition of citizenship, but of personhood. We could change the Constitution to say that folks born here of parents that are non-citizens retain the citizenship of their parents (working it out internationally so such persons would not be in "limbo", of course).

We could not say that such babies cease to be persons. The definition of personhood transcends the Constitution.

Do you think that the question about at which point the fetus becomes a person is a question of one's religion? And the goverment should stay away from religion.

Here is the right business plan: devise a machine that can accuratelely predict the instant of conception, as to sell the info it to the fortune tellers and users.
