I agree that if this kind of news shows up with any kind of regularity and improving positive disclosures of substance, TIVU may be pulled out of the 1s and 2s in the near future. Positive financials along with only moderate dumping of the A/S is key to longer term investor confidence. There is considerable negative history to overcome.

Looks like a nice little group of hotels to me!

I tend to disagree, the whole core of the problem is not the contract, the location, # of rooms, or $ amount . . . it is credibility.

The absence of details about the relationship between TSIL and Tivus, the lack of recent audited financials, and the history of his actions in Pink Sheet companies speaks volumes to how the markets view his credibility or that of the company.

Pragmatically, if I knew this agreement was integral to our investment in Tivus and that it enhanced shareholder value, then any contract news no matter how big or small would be newsworthy as a step in the right direction. TIVU would have to have a history of credible announcements and actions to deserve or merit this. Is it any surprise that the markets are skeptical of Tivus PR's from a company credibility stand point?

Pac, I don't buy that for a minute. you can bet that when the Canbay properties went in with tivus to discuss the contract, I would stake my life on the fact that there were revenue projections and $$$$'s tied to it. You can bet that Cambay did not sign a contract without evidence of market and site surveys showing figures that made smart business sense for them. sure they are guesstimates, since no one does what tivus does, but there is definately data available. I don't let a magazine salesman put a mag or book in my business unless he can provide hard numbers on how it is going to build my business. Cambay aint going to allow a IPTV SYSTEM INSTALL WITHOUT IT. Maybe, SP doesn't want his data to be public knowledge, and i get that, but to say that the data doesn't exist is just "Hogwash"
