laranger: The Amendment to the TDD Development Agreement refers to a Master Agreement and a Patent License Agreement neither one of which was filed with this 8K. I hesitate to repeatedly mention this but it seems to me that these are obviously critical documents and certainly ones that would be disclosed in any due diligence. Their absence pushes me toward texb's theory.
