All contracts would not have to be disclosed. Only those with of the largest customers, right?

Also, do you have any more ideas about the "process", and what IDCC would be required to disclose via 8K?

Although a 5%/more buy is obviously a longshot, I've never been involved with a stock that just started reporting things out of the blue, without explanation.
