You're right Hutch..... the Sernageomin website does indeed show that JL has been granted concessions. In fact, that particular page of the website displays the official 'Role of Exploitation Concessions', and it clearly lists Jorge Lopehandia as the holder of the Amarillo Sur exploitation concessions.... NOT Barrick Gold or any of it's subsidiaries despite what was suggested by Sybil Veenman. Nice to see that the Chilean Mining Ministry supports what Jorge has stated all along.

You're also right that a 'title holder' granted the concessions to JL. "In Chile, the government is vested with the absolute, exclusive and inalienable right to minerals. Private persons may obtain the right to explore for and exploit minerals through mining concessions, which are granted in a judicial proceeding."

I'm not too concerned with the 'En Tramite' (in process) status on those concessions right now. In fact, Barrick has a number of the concessions that they still actually own also designated 'En Tramite'. I'm sure the status of 'Constituida' will be applied to JL's concessions once Hector Unda Llanos' Tesoros concessions and Barrick's Amarillos 1-3000 concessions are extinguished. Things are looking really good for Jorge IMO.
