sweetpepperjam - the CEO is in heavy at a PP at .35/shr. I would sincerely doubt that he would reverse himself ...

Wasn't there 2 reverse splits for CNYC when AH was the ceo? Also, didn't he hold some shares that he purchased using personal funds?

Let me know what you think since I only took a glance at the filings.

You do make an excellent point for all to keep in mind. I am unsure of the tsx rules (edit)too. But if they would make some buys now (edit)(substantial ones of 100k+), that sure could be a positive sign. It could be that they see what we see with respect to the economy. And they are waiting for some clear signs of improvement. Just thinking out loud since there are many variables there.

Hypothetically, If AH does not do a reverse split (edit)(even though it might be best for the company) because of his holdings. Then is that a window to the mind of AH of how he views the rest of the shareholders? But to the contrary, his past may show that he is for the shareholders because of the previous reverse splits of his personal holdings?

Something else to think about. If CNYC is still indebted to the AH, could they at some point convert that debt into shares at much reduced prices? As you, I am not sure of restrictions with the tsx.

In my opinion, the whole economic downturn really slowed down the CNYC train. That is what I think this all really boils down to. Again, just an opinion.
