You do make an excellent point for all to keep in mind. I am unsure of the tsx rules (edit)too. But if they would make some buys now (edit)(substantial ones of 100k+), that sure could be a positive sign. It could be that they see what we see with respect to the economy. And they are waiting for some clear signs of improvement. Just thinking out loud since there are many variables there.
