Something else to think about. If CNYC is still indebted to the AH, could they at some point convert that debt into shares at much reduced prices? As you, I am not sure of restrictions with the tsx.
In my opinion, the whole economic downturn really slowed down the CNYC train. That is what I think this all really boils down to. Again, just an opinion.
