Hypothetically, If AH does not do a reverse split (edit)(even though it might be best for the company) because of his holdings. Then is that a window to the mind of AH of how he views the rest of the shareholders? But to the contrary, his past may show that he is for the shareholders because of the previous reverse splits of his personal holdings?

Something else to think about. If CNYC is still indebted to the AH, could they at some point convert that debt into shares at much reduced prices? As you, I am not sure of restrictions with the tsx.

In my opinion, the whole economic downturn really slowed down the CNYC train. That is what I think this all really boils down to. Again, just an opinion.
