That is because anyone who has watched any semi-moderately traded single penny equity for more than 2 hours in one level 2 session understands exactly how NITE manipulates penny stocks religiously.

Tell me how they could possibly write different "algos" to control trading in thousands of different penny stocks. Even if they cared about those stocks and companies in a personal way, which they don't.
