OK, let's try this again:

Knight has long been a convenient scapegoat in Pennyland, as noted.



That is because anyone who has watched any semi-moderately traded single penny equity for more than 2 hours in one level 2 session understands exactly how NITE manipulates penny stocks religiously...sometimes alone, sometimes colluding with other MM's. People that have spent only a little time on Wall St. US working also understand this.

The real problem here is what the institutions and the regulators can do about technology that seems to have got entirely out of hand across the board.



I disagree, the real problem here is that people are blind to the fact that the almighty Knight could ultimately be part of one unspoken fraternity of companies on Wall St. US that make a living by operating within the grey areas of regulation. This is a fundamental problem, not a one time occuring glitch that happened to happen to a company that may or may not have massive NSS problems.

Interesting non-coincidence. LOL.
