still waiting in the 'wings' for something concrete, clear, concise and significant to MSX's position... my question to this NR is 'Who initiated the court proceedings?' - this is not clear, at least to me based on the notation of the NR ...and island - good question - who wrote this thing? - very ambiguous in wordage ... and why the need for ambiguity? could be just me...
