vic it is not B rosen, it is the Crappy Judge who stated she agrees with the padding and the limo and order in food. However, Rosen's make bread winner JPM made billions stealing only to lose the money on stupid trades and yet could not foot the bill for Rosen's fees.

When the Judge stated she was a lawyer and it was her experience that gave it justification to pad the hours and other luxuries only added fuel to the fire.

The judge is about as much a thief and who knows is getting padded herself...
