I wonder how many lawyers there are in the USA ? I don't buy the logic that Rosen is the man for us to use. Yes he knows the case.
A fox also knows the hen house. I really can't believe what I read here on how many people think Rosen will do a good job for us. I guess the 24 hour billing is forgotten here. Even if he is capable it still sends a message that you can screw your clients, and they will hire you no matter your sins.
Myself I would not hire him to fix a traffic ticket, and if others felt the same way then maybe in the future lawyers would not be so blatant in the screwing of their clients.
