Buzz, what does this have to do with SFOR? They are neither the plaintiff/defendant.

A number of these companies are know to be using Sfor's patent, but there is no money to sue them, unless their legal represenation is doing so on contingency

"let the games begin" doesn't tell the investors on this board anything, please be more clear. It is my understanding that phonefactor would probably become a partner rather than be sued....?

It seems that the precedent is set for the basis for patent infringement. It will be interesting to hear the settlement on how to enjoin the infringers either stop doing how they do business or pay a fee to to continue.

This provides the precedent for SFOR, IF WE HAVE GOOD LAWYERS.
