i agree. it will be very intersting to see what comes out of this suit. from what i understand they are finalizing who they are going to use for the infringment cases and they are on a contigency basis. no money out of pocket to sue.

i have a few questions
1- why is Authentify not have SF on the list?
2-sf is making statements that they hold the pat. for oob
two comp cant hold pat. so at some point sf will be sued
stock holder can also sue if the statement is not true
3- so why open them self to litigation, its going to happen
if the dont bring there own litigation soon.
4-if sf is the real pat. holder they should have many comp.
willing to pay big money for the pat. if so why are we at
sub penny?
5- # 4 is a puzzle something s not right.
6- if authentify wins the pat goes back to 1998 or 1999
sf may have to pay authentify royalties. this is probably why
we are at sub penny.
