I think your forecast of a dump on a spike is certainly realistic, but FWIW I do think the spike will be substantial. I hate to repeat myself, but I also think the hedge funds were promised quite a nice return to have already had positions, have them stagnate (for the most part) and then be ready to fund 2 mill apiece more for a company with little revenues and prototypes in testing stages. I think the hedge funds were told to expect a return of 3-4x's those exercise prices in the .35s and .38s. JMHO.

I'm just wondering what visser will be thinking when he sees those guys unloading (if they do) with a 300-400% profit (if it does reach that level) while he's mostly stuck for 5 years.

PDP, always great to see your analysis of LQMT. I don't know if you've been in the financial services industry or not, but your theories on trading and the movements on a stock certainly make it appear to be the case. You were spot-on with your sale before the ASM; made an incredible amount of sense - didn't want to hear it, but it made a great deal of sensible logic.

Fact is, IMVHO, with dilution, if they give those hedge funds stock at .35 and .38, guess what the LQMT mgmt's reputation will be if they don't get the price to a high enough water mark to have put their money where their mouths are? Even more important, I don't think they want to tick off that mountain of a man from Colorado either, lol. I'm thinking it could very well be Visser that's doing the impressing to the hedge funds. If they're vetting, they see all of Visser's investments, VPC, etc. and would want to have a talk with him. Visser has the track record, racing team, etc. etc. etc. I would not discount Steipp and other members of mgmt now that the garbage is gone, but I do think it's Visser that is VERY actively involved in ALL LQMT. Honestly, not that I don't have faith in LQMT mgmt, but it's Visser who is keeping me in LQMT.
