Oracle, would Visser know who sold their shares?


This is perhaps a broader question than just an LQMT question, but we are talking about Visser & Management of LQMT that MUST report their trading activity and "Mysterious hedge fund people" who are reported to NOT own individually more than 4.99% and if I understand the laws DO NOT have to report their activity.

IF at some point someone sold a million shares, it could just as easily been one of us, a "friend" of the insiders or a member of the hedge fund.

Am I correct?
