Whoever it is they hope to partner with, I wish them better ones than HBRM ... Cannot believe the woman in charge still hasn't figure out if the CHRI offer is worth following thru with or not.

Can this woman do anything right? Is there any limit to her incompetence?

To still believe this is not a scam requires a lot of optimism !!!
