In my opinion, she is probably looking for a deal from CHRI that gives her and her partner multi million dollar buy out packages so they can both retire but that is not what was offered from CHRI. People seem to forget that CHRI is multi million dollar profitable whereas HBRM is over a million in debt with little liquid cash on hand. This equates to basically CHRI buying a BK business in my opinion or like buying a foreclosed house just because of the location not the condition of the property.
