agreed one can easily reference..

otcmarkets.com to see free L2s on YIPI..i use it myself to make sure my alphatrade is working properly which sometimes it isnt..which happens with them every now and again over the years..otcmarkets from what ive noticed and seen is ALWAYS right on L2 lineup wise!as long as one refreshes page if they want updated L2.
