Anyone that says that hydrogen is "highly combustible" is not credible. Do you know what happens when hydrogen burns? It implodes into water. So it's not really a fuel as much as it is a cooling agent, having the effect of slowing but spreading the cumbustion for a more complete burn, similar to the function of an EGR valve. Great for helping eliminate NOX, but most new engines do it anyway. So the only question is improved performance? There is NO listing by the EPA of any useful effects of hydrogen as a catalyst or additive, even after all the previous proven scams (DD). If there were (useful effects), it would be standard issue on all vehicles by now.
